The Vision
It all starts with a vision, when you reach out to us with your vision of a jewellery piece we turn that vision into a jewel reality.

Design Drafting
First we create a 3D render model of the specific piece you are going for, this way we can rule out any flaws in the design and make necessary modifications

Crafting
The final few steps involve the crafting of the piece. All pieces are crafted by our skilled goldsmiths with over 25 years of experience. The final steps include cutting, stone setting and polishing. Every step is performed meticulously leading to a flawless final piece.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Customers have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date that it was received on shipping. Your item must be in the original packaging and unworn. If there are any damages or signs of wear and tear the exchange will not be accepted.

There are no refunds on any jewellery purchased.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of the shipment with your tracking number.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been shipped they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Arzens will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
FAQ's
How long does creating a custom piece take?
Crafting a custom piece could take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. This completely depends on the materials being used and the complexity of the design. When you send us a request for a custom piece we usually get back to you within 1-2 business days. We then schedule an appointment to either meet in our local office in Mississauga or virtually. Once we get to speak to you and put your vision onto paper we can determine how long it will take to craft your special piece. Typically completion time is 2 - 6 weeks.
What metals and stones do you work with?
At ArJems our craftsmen are experienced in working with all gemstones and diamond clarities. We are also able to craft in 10K, 14K, and 18K white gold, rose gold and yellow gold. The materials we use for a specific piece is determined by what the customer is looking for design wise.
What is the return policy?
All products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. As long as they are unworn and consist of no damages. This applies to all products except for custom orders.
